Anyone eating this way now? I am on day 2 (about a week being vegan overall) and I am down 4 pounds. I'm loving it!

I second this wholeheartedly. You don't have to cut a ton of carbs but look at where they are coming from. Eating less snacky foods and more whole foods will get you better results! :)

I just got a BodyMedia Fit LINK and I love it! I love looking at all the charts and graphs on my phone LOL!

Agree, exactly this!!

I have the same problem! What I do is have some 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain nonfat) with 1/2 - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder mixed in. It's really tasty and has a decent amount of cals. (You can do nuts/PB/cheese/etc. if you want, and IF you have fat cals left - I barely ever do.) :)

I personally would go with the HRM but you could average the two just to be on the safe side.

1200 isn't for everyone, that is for sure. Generally speaking, people with more to lose need to be eating more than that, or people who are doing a large amount of strenuous activity.

I am in the Burn Phase of Chalean Extreme so I am trying to eat around 1400 cals but I seem to be hovering around 1200. The things you eat on her plan make me STUFFED and I have a hard time getting all my cals in. I love it!

I'm on Burn week 3 and am loving it! I have completed TurboFire and will probably do Jenelle Summer's hybrid after this or the new Les Mills Combat program. Looks awesome! But anyway, feel free to add me and OP I will add you!

I am on Week 3 of Burn, love it so far! I have done TurboFire and would love to do the Jenelle Summers hybrid next. Good luck, everyone!

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! :( How frustrating. Mine don't skip either, luckily. I would agree to try it in another player but if that doesn't work have them send you another!

I don't typically try to "out-train my diet" so I found the one thing that fit into my eating plan and had that. I don't do carbs after lunch so I has a taco salad with no shell and it was great!

Thanks Kim!! Your group is so helpful!!

Definitely a protein bar or shake, then have something with carbs AFTER the workout. :)
-
Totally agree with this! Stick with it. Make sure you're getting enough calories and protein to support your new muscles and you will be fine! Hang in there. :)

This recipe is amazing - sooo tasty! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/03/creamy-cauliflower-puree.html

Brazil Butt Lift! That's a gooood one!

This is SO very true. You have to feed your body! Food is fuel, it's not a curse. My 115 pound personal trainer pal eats 2500 cals a day and she is buff. You just have to eat the right things, and protein is a huge part of that!
