Insanity Results---so disappointed..help me!

So I've just finished Insanity. I hammered it every day and even added in extra runs, especially on my 'rest days.' I am so disappointed. I have kept under my calories too, eating back most, if not all, of my exercise calories. Ive just done all my measurements and have only lost 1lb. My body fat percentage has increased by 0.2 and my muscle mass has decreased by 0.1. I thought I would lose much more than this and gain muscle. I feel that all my hard work and being motivated to do it every night has been a complete and utter waste of my time What have i done wrong?????

I might be wrong but looking at your diary for the last three days, you've eaten less than 1000 calories. Is that correct.0

Yes Im ill at the mo0

Sorry. Went back further- you still seem to be eating under your target. Is it possible you've just not been eating enough.
Are the photos of your profile of you now? If so, you've very little fat to lose.0 -

What system are you using to measure you BMI? and how are you finding out what your muscle mass is?0 -
Based on you're post, I'd guess that your estimates are off... you're eating more than you think and/or burning less than you think, and thus your deficit isn't what it should be.0

At my local fitness centre..they did measurements0

I think the calories burnt were definitely wrong...it was mfp calculations that I went off but I was only eating 1200 so surely i couldnt eat any less????0

You were definitely not eating enough. The Insanity program recommends that you eat at least your TDEE-250 calories. Your body probably was under too much strain to let go of any weight.
ETA: Your ticker says you have less than five pounds to go. In that case, you were DEFINITELY eating way too few calories. With only 5 lbs to go, you should be eating TDEE-10%.

and calculate using "Lose fat - 10% reduction."0 -

the measurements they take have a degree of error. .2 and .1 of a percent are really nothing.
Also, you seem fairly skinny. If you workout without enough nutrients, you will canabalize muscle.0 -
I weigh 117lbs at the mo. Aiming for 112 xxx0

very moderate calorie deficit, 3-4 days of heavy lifting, a few days of HIIT, lots and lots and lots of patience.0 -
Rest days are called rest days for a reason. You need to give your body some time to heal and your muscles time to grow. If you don't do that, you will not see the results you want. There's such a thing as too much exercise.0
