ChaLEAN Extreme DVDs skip!!!?

I started ChaLEAN Extreme a few months ago and had no problems with my burn and push phases DVDs... however, when I put in my Lean DVD, only 1 of the workouts worked (Lean 1; when I pressed Lean 2 and Lean 3, it just played Lean 1). Beachbody sent me a replacement and I tried to do Lean 3 today and guess what... IT DOESN'T WORK!! It's playing, but skipping the whole time. This is the 2nd DVD now that hasn't worked. Has anyone else had this problem? Just wondering if I'm crazy, or if the CLX videos are poor quality or the packaging ruins them...

so so so so frustrated.

    i purchased mine on ebay and they do not skip............... it sux doesnt it i hate it when one of my fitness dvds skip:( have yo tried it in another player??

    Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! :( How frustrating. Mine don't skip either, luckily. I would agree to try it in another player but if that doesn't work have them send you another!

    I just checked my Lean DVD out (I'm on push phase currently) and its fine went through all three circuits.

    I'm in the push phase, guess I better check out my lean dvd.

    I have completed the program and haven't had any trouble with the DVDs.

    I am glad others aren't having this problem! I am really bummed... not sure what I'll do... guess I'll just do lean 1 and lean 2 and hopefully someday do the program again WITH lean 3!
