A shot, I believe, is an ounce. Which equals about 70 cal. I also love rum! ...stupid calories =)

At first while you're very low carb, don't worry about getting all your calories in. It's nearly impossible because you are eating SO healthy. "Search" The 17 day diet on here…

I agree with the 30 day shred. It was only a 20 min workout and the dvd cost $10. Good Luck!

The BEST thing you can do to avoid cramping and not be the huffy puffy runner is to train your self to breath. Try to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as much as possible...but slowly. You won't be able to always breath in through you nose, but when you breath in through your mouth, do it slowly. =) I…

I've actually had an easier time doing 1/2 mile jog and 1/2 mile walk. Interval training, all that starting and stopping is hard. Try jogging/ walking in longer increments. I'm sure if you walk as much as you do, you'll be able to jog 1/2 a mile!! Just go as slow as you need to without stopping. Then the next 1/2 mile you…

Watch the sugar in watermelon, green grapes, bananas and FLAVORED greek yogurt. Plain w/ berries is the hot ticket. :glasses: Jennie O Turkey makes great low fat, high protein meat.. including turkey sausage patties. Great for breakfast. Good Luck! I swear by THE 17 DAY DIET...sounds much like what you're doing. =)

Watch the sodium. Stay away from a lot of carbs. I didn't start losing until I ate smarter, rather than just eating 1200 and exercising. Good Luck!

I love(d) the 30 day shred. Hard, yet moves are easy. It's only 20 min so you won't have an excuse not to do it. =) On the days I didn't feel like it, I told myself to just to the 1st workout (instead of 2 or 3...they're much harder) and could talk myself into it every time. You will see a noticeable difference in your…

I'm also on day C1D2. It's going far better than expected. I typically have no willpower as far as food goes and today I avoided PIZZA at our lunch meeting today at work. YEAH! I'm a little worried about how low the calorie consumption per day is. I'm wondering if it will back fire? With all the other treads I've read on…

eat more! You'll lose. Always eat your exercise calories back. It's hard to wrap your head around it but it works!

I drink plenty of water before my aerobics class and every time w/o fail, if I don't eat something first (snack) I feel dizzy. I like to eat 1 piece of toast w/ pb before...some carbs, some protein, without feeling full. Hope it helps!

You need to go to him. It doesn't matter if he comes to you first. You're only hurting yourself by not resolving this. You clearly want to forgive him. You offered to co-sign. Hard lesson learned. Now you know. I'm sure you'll feel better, once this is taken care. There is no sense in giving him your "wrath" It will only…

Start running/jogging. Look at runners...they have NO boobs/upper body fat. I've done a few 25k (15.5 mi) runs and it's the first thing to go. Good Luck

By counting your calories, you're already eating less than normal. Exercise has added health benefits, AND allows you to eat more. You can't be too far under your allotted calories or your body will go into "starvation mode" and store more fat.
