  • It's so nice to have you back skimom! I'm here too! I had a nasty stomach bug, and I am still not fully recovered, but I am back on board with my MFP goals. I have a family reunion at the end of the month, and I want to look and feel my best. Stay motivated everyone! We can do this!!!
  • I am with you too! I just returned from vacation, where I ate too much, drank alcohol and sat on the beach often. Don't get me wrong, it was all AWESOME, but I need to get back in gear.   • Well, I survived, but I DID eat way too much junk. The good news is that I exercised every day, so I managed to maintain, not gain. Hopefully I can lose a couple more before vacation. Thanks for the support!
