1200 calories is probably too little. Try looking up your BMR.

If you happen to have FiOS TV you might be able to get at least level 1 on demand. Try searching "health" or somthing like that. I get all kinds of workouts for free through my TV.

You were beautiful then and now regardless of your weight. CONGRATS! You are an inspiration!

Nothing is wrong with you. There are MANY people out there like you. I bet a lot of your gain is water retention b/c of the sodium intake. Just get back on track.

Thank you for sharing! You are beautiful.

I was NEVER a runner. I'm 32 and before I started C25K the only time I could remember running was in elementary school! When I turned 30 I started C25K and I can now say that I'm a runner. I've run 7 5k's, and 3 sprint triathons. I'm SLOW as hell, but I'm comefortable enough that I can use running as a workout when I don't…

I'm 5'2 and need to lose 30 pounds. I'm 32 and have three kids. I'm a teacher and super busy all the time. I would love as many friends as possible!

ME TOO! Add me. Looking to lose 30 pounds.

Couch25k--best thing I ever did 3 years ago. It took me from literally jogging 60 seconds at a time to a 5k in 10 weeks. the program is for 8 weeks, but it took me longer. Half way through, I found an easy 5k to moviate me and now three years later I have done numerous 5k, and even two triathons! Of course I'm still over…

I'm new and need motivation! I want to try. THANKS!

Yes, you need to eat your calories or your body will go in starvation mode. You need to eat higher calorie meals. If you don't it will likey catch up with you and you'll find yourself eating foods that you dont' want to be.

I'm a teacher. I'm 5'2, but weight 180. :( I get 1290 a day. I was at 1200 a day to lose 2 pounds a week, but that was too much and I was not sucessful. I don't count the amount of time I'm on my feet at work, but do count the other work outs I do. Happy losing!
