Net calories

I have had breakfast lunch and a snack and my net calories is only 453 (after factoring in exercise i got 504 extra calories) So i have just over 1,000 calories left to eat today...my dinner will probably be nowhere near this. So does this mean i need to be eating higher calorie foods? I'm not hungry so i feel like im eating enough but I have been seeing posts where it says its bad if i eat under my calories. Help?

Yes, you need to eat your calories or your body will go in starvation mode. You need to eat higher calorie meals. If you don't it will likey catch up with you and you'll find yourself eating foods that you dont' want to be.0

If you aren't hungry to eat that amount of calories try adding full fat/calorie versions of things for dinner. A bit of cheese can increase your calories. A small handfull of nuts can pack a lot of calories. A TBSP or two of peanut butter. There are TONS of small things to add a lot of calories without making yourself feel stuffed.0
