  • wow, i hear the same thing at work! i prep my food the night before. and like you i eat 'round the clock. fruits, veggies, protein and an occasional snack. i also do cardio 3x a week during my lunch hour. and of course i have to hear the sneers from gym haters "ohhhh heading to the gym for lunch?" and the kicker??? i work…
  • i usually eat a banana an hour after a workout to ease the burn. a great friend of mine gave me the tip. it works wonders :) don't forget to drink plenty of water before and after your practice :) namaste!
