Myfitnesspal is at 1200 calories. That explains why it doesn't go any lower. it seems like the last 10lbs of my goal is the toughest. Anything after the 10 I'm considering a bonus.

I do eat eggs thats not the problem..Once in a while I would like a bowl of cereal but i have stayed away from cereal for months now do to the sugar.

I was thinking of trying this smoothies, thank for posting this..why do some smoothness recipes call for frozen banana? Does it matter if I would use fresh? like the dark chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana smoothie...it says its only 323 calories but im considering using fat free milk which should bring that down a little..…

Hi! Ive been dieting and exercising since January! Im 5ft3 started at 193 down to 149lbs. My waist is 31inches, Im trying to get into my mom's wedding dress for October. It does work..if you eat the right food..Read the South Beach Diet..I have lost 39lbs since January...Keep the metabolism up all day and you will lose steadily.. its all about Protein, and low sodium and next to nothing on sugars.....Should eat 6 small meals a day..

Im at the same point..I dropped 37lbs since January, and now stuck on my last 20lbs....i was the same dropping anywhere from 1-3lbs a week...now im lucky if i drop .05-1lb...im taken all suggestions..but i think the key at this point is exercise. Im way under my calorie goal every night..and I feel like fitness pal yells…

Hot water with lemon juice is a great detox.. I learned that last year in a diet center i joined. I do about 4-5 cups of lemon water a day. It depends if i think my day before was a bad a day or not on how many i do. Lemon juice is a great way to speed up the metabolism.
