last 10lbs are the worst!!

I dropped 45lbs no problem...But the last 10lbs don't seem to want to budge! Im eating more and exercising more..I must be gaining muscle..I never thought I see the day where I could say I only need to lose 10lbs..Well I've been saying that for 3 weeks now lol

    I agree with you! I only have 10 lbs to lose to start with (if that) and even that is annoying! I know a lot of people that have broken their last 10 lb plateau with calorie cycling, and that is how I drop weight if I ever need to. It is pretty much all that gives instant results!

    what do you mean by calorie cycling? I was thinking about trying some green tea in my diet..

    Low calories one day high the next. If you google johnson up day down day you will find a website with lots of info. i lose about 2.5 lbs a week following it and I am already small. So for me, that is really significant to be able to do! Good luck!
