Here a few things I like that are low calorie healthy options away from home Grilled chicken: u can find this anywhere from McDonalds to sit in restaurants...u can order it a la cart Side salads, apples in place of fries, subway offers a good selection of salads too. Chinese cuisine is high in veggies, seafood is healthy…

we have used the Springer (bike leash) with our goldens..they love it but as with anything there is training involved and u need to start slow while ur dog adjusts to the speed and commands :)

yea... I think it did. cuz I was doing 1200 lost a bunch then I read that changed it to 1300 lost some now im stuck again :( My worst problem is I work 3pm to midnight so I get up late and eat late. Honestly I cant figure more to eat after the 1300. I feel SO FULL!

Keep your eyes on the goal. Always log before you eat. Look for new foods to enjoy. Go for low carb low sugar menus. Do not go under 1200 calories a day. Check your recommended intake under tools. You can eat too few calories and not lose weight cuz your body goes into starvation mode. Get a friend to join with you...keep…

I just found out Monday that I am pre- diabetic :( so here I go full guns forward...I need to lose 30 pounds, exercise and stay away from 'simple sugars'. Would love to hear ur suggestions
