  • I couldn't imagine not having support at home. My boyfriend is bulking but we eat similar meals and when he cooks he measures everything for me! He does buy treats too but I just leave them in the cupboard and he soon eats them all lol
  • Still a while to go, but as of today... Maybe not as of tonight after multiple JD's and a pizza!
  • I'm cutting, and my boyfriend is bulking. We eat pretty much the same meals in the evening but either I have less or I substitute things. I'm nearly always under my 1200 cals. No need for rabbit food!

  • I'm coming up to 30 days and have only seen results in the last few days. Ive finally lost 4lbs and 2 inches from my waist. Are you measuring also? I'm not using the scales much as it doesn't help moral if your gaining muscle

  • So many issues with this site that I never noticed when I used it in 2012! Loads of spam and the ap glitches constantly.. Yesterday I couldn't comment or like any statuses and everyones exercise was showing as 1 calorie burnt! Guess Thats what happens when a site grows so quickly lol

  • Yes , Leave the serving size on 1g and change the number of servings to 30. You may have to do this for a lot of the foods. Jennifer

  • I have always done strength training with my cardio as they compliment eachother, I'm just thinking il stick to the amount of cardio I already do and lower it when necessary :) I have just started with higher weights in the gym today rather than a toning class.
