  • I work in fast food and we never have this issue :s your place just seems nasty. Then again chick fil a is strict with our freezers and food, so nothing can be left out for longer than you use it to prepare food (10 mins max). Idk I don't want to down play your post, but not everywhere is like this :s. Sucks that the place…
  • thanks def helps to know im not alone. yeah the past month has just been insanely stressful for me, and this past week has been the worst! i know once i go home for summer break i can get my eating habits back to normal and my excersise pumped up more, but im just scared ill lose control till then... thats a whole month…
  • No not really. =/ Not right now atleast. Feels good to know im not the only one though. Both this week and last week Sunday have been bad for me, but i am ussually alright the rest of the time. It's just frustrating because i never had this problem before... its sprung up on me recently.
  • You should add me... I am kind of similar. I tend to be 125 lbs, but my goal weight is 115. I am fine how i am now, but just for my own sake i want to lose a little, eat healthier, and increase my running time. :)
  • I was looking for a recipe for one all weekend, but none seemed very good or they were labeled "low cal" but actually had over 250. I cant wait to try yours out!
  • If anyone else tries anything else from her recipe books let me know how it turns out! I'm trying to see which ones of her "lower cal" meals are worth it.
  • It's the first "healthy" recipe ive made that has gotten good reviews. I've tried the black bean brownies, and other lower cal/fat free options and they just dont work with my family. My brother ussually hates the taste or my dad thinks they are too bland, but these were perfect. My brother ate 3 right out of the oven!
  • Now i dont go around supporting fast food or anything, but take things like this with a grain of salt.... ive had McDonalds food that went bad after 2 or 3 days. Its food. Yes its processed but it wont last forever. She's got some mutant stuff going on
  • Looks amazing, but i calculate the calories and i am just not getting 85/cake. Without adding the frostin i am getting about 100 c per cake. Still low cal, but im curious as to how yougot 85. How many are you makng?
  • there is a blog that has what you're looking for. she makes snacks and plans her dinners with recipes. i really love her blog even tho i am a college student with no kids. some of her snacks and meals are creative http://blog.superhealthykids.com/
