Hi, I have over 100 to lose as well! I do eat out but I try to limit it to once a week! This is not a diet for me either, but this is how my life will be from now on! It's the only way it will work and I can maintain after I lose. If I cut myself completely off from fast food or trigger foods, it will never work. I limit…

I also agree with this^^^^^^^!!! I am on week two and I really like it!

There is no judging! Life has seasons and for now yours isn't doing well. I know from experience with my husband whom is bipolar, he cannot do well without his meds. His doctor explained it to us like this...he has a disease and needs to be on medicine to help him be better just like a person who has cancer or diabetes. He…

I am down 20 and my nutritionist gave me a meal plan that is carb consistent! Your body does need carbs for nutrients as well!

I got my total calories from MFP. I am so confused with TDEE and NET and all that stuff. When I try to figure my calories on calculators from in place of a road map from Hello It's Dan, I was getting that I should be eating over 2000 a day! I just want to be doing the right things for weight loss. I am suppose to see a…

I feel the same as you do! It seems like if I work out a lot during the week, I don't lose and I may gain! I am very frustrated as well! I have about 100 lbs. to lose. I work hard at working out and trying to eat right, but when the scale doesn't move, it's very disappointing!

I too am overweight, pre diabetic and have been for about 14 years and found out trying to get pregnant. My doctor put me on Metformin/Glucophage to help keep it under control. However, it upset my stomach and so my endocrinologist put me on Juaniva. I am in good health with my A1C about 6.0 and the only thing wrong is…

I accept both! I need encouragement from all people and I would like honest opinions from males as well as to how they see me. However, some females are very conscious about their weight and body so I can understand their point as well, although sometimes females can be just as mean if not meaner than males!

I too tried it last year and lost 25 but put on about 15 when I wasn't so strict! I too have found MFP to be more helpful than anything and I think it's because I am not deprived of certain foods. I have learned moderation is key. For me personally, I do better knowing that I can have a slice of pizza or whatever. Good…

I tried it last spring and did well. I lost almost 25 through the first 3 cycles. However, it was very hard for me to go back to cycle 1. For me it is not the lifestyle for me. I have to have carbs. The best thing that I have found for me, is MFP. Seriously, keeping track on MFP and having my friends on here with me, helps…
