Totally agree with you, give it a try eating half of exercise calories =) I quieted smoke long time ago, and I can only give you strength to drop it as soon as possible, I really have life quality now!

I would recommend to you slowly digestive carbs, and lots of proteins, so you can gain some serious clean mass =) On the other hand, get rid of sugars and fast digestive carbs, spiking your insulin, maybe the reason your body is in such a high metabolism..

October 2011, age 29, 210lb. Today, something around 190lb. Goal is lean 185lb :P

I guess it's all said, generally, If there's no insulin related problems, it's all about intake more calories a day than you need while bulking, and less while cutting, keep it simple, you'll handle it pretty well =)

First of all 4 lbs in 4 weeks is actually awesome! Second you're probably gaining some muscle while transforming your body, so just take it easy, results always come slow, that's just the way it is =) Keep it up!!
