                    Let's be realistic here. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose fifty pounds in one month. You're going to binge every now and then. You will go a day or two without working out. Your weight is going to fluctuate here and there. You're going to try new techniques, and they're not going to work. You're a human being. You're going to fail. But nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles. JUST KEEP GOING.

            True dat! If you can drop 2 dress sizes in a day, you can put it back on in a day. The slower you take, the longer it will last!
My friend asked me "how long till i build muscles? I'm going to try for one more month and then i might quit" aaaand i said "it's a lifetime commitment! You can't put a time on it, you have to change your life to make room for those muscles"...
It's a lifetimes worth of work, if you don't love it, you won't see the results you want.
