  • my close friend did it, she lost 4 lbs within a week. But she also had just started w cutting back her calories, (1,200 a day) so, hard to say if it was the "cleanse" or the calorie cut back! btw tammi CONGRATS!!!!!   • WOW!! unreal, puts things in perspecitve! Tonight, talapia and spinach salad..FOR SURE!!! I think when i am wanting to ver from my eating plan, i will pull this up and take a look, remind myself really of where i almost was (max 210) and where i have been down to...why i need to get back down!

  • okay i am soooo in!!! I use to be really weak in the arms, I have grown in my strengh, I love doing push ups but I usually do them with planks ~ i am going to check out the site, and add these in. I will post later on how many i can do consecutively, not sure, did 3 sets of 10 at the gym earlier and they were closed…

  • YEAH! :bigsmile: i started out at 200 lb in NOV 2007 and have lost a little over 40 lbs!! My original goal was to get down to 160 ACCOMPLISHED :blushing: ~ second goal to reach 140...did that and then some!! YEAH i set new goals, i am getting my personal training cert, i am feeling great!! Time for P90X that will step it…

  • hmmm i am curious about this now, b/c i can burn a lot of calories on the elliptical in a short period of time (35 minutes ~ 700 cal, high workload). However, a dvd would enable me on those times when its tough to find a sitter to get to the gym to burn off the calories here at home...good topic, i am going to check it out!
