hi this is my intro, my wife is on here she joined last december and lost over 60lbs so I thought I would give it a shot. I am a dad of 2 great kids my daughter is 6 and my son 3. Want to loose my "keg" and gain a 6-pack even a 4-pack will do.

    I just really started two weeks ago and I am loving it. My family is my biggest support. My little man who is about to turn two and my Husband. Sounds like you have a great support team at home!!! They are the best.
