I am going for 80 pounds by July 30th! You can do it!!!

You can strength train 6 days in a row if you want. The problem is is that you don't want to work the same muscle groups more than one day in a row. So if you do legs on monday, dont work them again on tuesday. Do arms or back.

That is becuase it does not exist in their database. You have to create the exercise. Wear a heart rate montir to figure out how many calories you are burning the go in and create the routine. example. I burn around 500 cals doing Kenpo X so I go in and create "P90X - Kenpo X" 60 mins 500 cals. Then the next time you log…

back wh I was close to 400 pounds I had to buy a heavy duty scale. http://www.livingxl.com/store/en_US/catalog/browse_sku.jsp?clear=true&catID=cat40200&prodId=X1133&id=cat40200 now down in the 240's it is still a great scale. about 80 bucks but worth it.

Welcome! Bring It!! and good luck!

Easy, get yourself a heart rate monitor. Wear it during your workout then just create the workout and add your time and calories burned.

the weight on the package is raw. Stick with weighing stuff raw that way you do not underestimate your intake.

P90X or Insanity!!!

Wear a heart rate monitor. After your session just create the exercise with your time and calorie count. I do P90X so I wear my monitor even when lifting weights. Example: Today I did back and biceps. My HRM at the end of 50 minutes said 563 cals. So I created the excercise "P90X - Back and Bisceps". Hope this helps :)

Most cardio machines are based of an "average" adult male. Which for some strange reason is based around a 5'10", 168 pound guy. LOL. So if you are not putting in you weight and age I would go with fitness pal. Good luck!!!

I am currently on my 3rd round of P90X classic with some added Insanity. I am also starting to follow the Primal Blueprint.
