Motivation

Hi everyone, I am new to myfitnesspal. I am 55 y/o and I want to lose about 25 lbs. My favorite exercise is bike riding. It is easier on the knees than some of the other exercises plus it burns quite a few calories. I am hoping I will be motivated by others who are trying to accomplish similar goals on the site. Also, I want to be a motivation to others.
