So I just recently bought a food scale and I'm having a bit of trouble. When you input it in MFP are you inputing raw weight or cooked weight? When you cook meat it greatly reduces in size. And with rice it increases. What measurement do you use? When it says per 100g on the package is that 100g raw or cooked? Thanks!

the weight on the package is raw. Stick with weighing stuff raw that way you do not underestimate your intake.0

A lot of people say they like to use the cooked weight because that is the actual weight of what they are consuming, but the dietician that I spoke to and any site I have seen says to use the raw weight only so that is what I use.0
