  • Ha. We get super high cost healthy food, plus my fiance is a type 1 diabetic, test strips run 1$ a piece and he tests 4-6 times a day to stay on top of his sugars.

  • Just wanted to give you a quick update, as of this morning I'm down 3.2 pounds since Monday morning. My calories have been sorta low, but I'm working on eating more without the carbs. I haven't been hungry, so that's a good sign, have a ton more energy, and I'm sleeping A LOT better.
  • I'm just trying to figure out how to feed myself and my boyfriend when it's that low carb, he's 150 pounds soaking wet and trying to gain, so he eats like a horse. Haha.

  • Wanted to let you know, weight is the same. Lost another inch on my waist, hips, 0.25" per thigh, 0.5" per arm.

  • Just shy of two months now. I mean theres a visible difference in my body. But I find it really puzzling that no weight is coming off.
  • Elliptical everyday for at least 30 mins, sometimes 60. High resis, 30 seconds as fast as I can, 30 seconds cooldown for the entire workout. I get a 2 mile walk in any day I can as well.   • I log everything, I weigh everything and round up. I didn't weigh myself for the first month, after 45 days I was 221, down two pounds from 223.
  • 1350 was where I started, that's what I used last time and got 25 pounds off, it wasn't working this time, so I upped my cals to 1550 about two weeks ago, no changes since then. I seem to go up and down between 220-223.
  • Nearly two months now. With almost no weight loss. It's just perplexing. I'm at least 80 pounds heavier than I should be, so SOMETHING should be coming off.
