Ha. We get super high cost healthy food, plus my fiance is a type 1 diabetic, test strips run 1$ a piece and he tests 4-6 times a day to stay on top of his sugars.

July 14th next year! Just wanted to give you a quick update, as of this morning I'm down 3.2 pounds since Monday morning. My calories have been sorta low, but I'm working on eating more without the carbs. I haven't been hungry, so that's a good sign, have a ton more energy, and I'm sleeping A LOT better.

I'm just trying to figure out how to feed myself and my boyfriend when it's that low carb, he's 150 pounds soaking wet and trying to gain, so he eats like a horse. Haha.

Oh man, that's leaves me fairly low carb doesn't it? Not diagnosed with anything, but I haven't been to a doctor in years. I'm suppose to meet me new doctor in a few weeks though, so I may have him test me for PCOS or thyroid issues.

Hmm, there is a huge difference in the distance with my elliptical workouts. And before I couldn't walk two miles without feeling like I was dying by the end of it. Elliptical everyday for at least 30 mins, sometimes 60. High resis, 30 seconds as fast as I can, 30 seconds cooldown for the entire workout. I get a 2 mile walk in any day I can as well. I log everything, I weigh everything and round up. I didn't weigh myself for the first month, after 45 days I was 221, down two pounds from 223.

1350 was where I started, that's what I used last time and got 25 pounds off, it wasn't working this time, so I upped my cals to 1550 about two weeks ago, no changes since then. I seem to go up and down between 220-223.

Nearly two months now. With almost no weight loss. It's just perplexing. I'm at least 80 pounds heavier than I should be, so SOMETHING should be coming off.

I was actually eating at 200 cals lower, I upped to about two weeks ago to see if it would make any difference for losing. It hasn't done anything.
