My weight seems to be pretty stuck.

I've lost 3 pounds, that's it. I don't go over my macros most days, don't go over my calories. I eat crap once and awhile, typically I eat pretty decently.

I'm losing inches, but not that many.
Daily on the elliptical, and just started some weights, the boyfriend is helping with those.

I'm trying to figure out if I should eat more, or less, or what is going on with this lack of progress. I fit into my shorts from two years ago again, and I was 40 pounds lighter then. So I'm puzzled.

5'2" - 220 pounds most days.
Back into my size 12s.

I would take inches over lbs any day. Because your not losing weight and ur lifting I would guess you retaining if not building some muscle mass while losing fat. If the scale is important to you drop your cals by 200

    Losing inches > losing pounds.

How long have you been at it?

I was actually eating at 200 cals lower, I upped to about two weeks ago to see if it would make any difference for losing.

    It hasn't done anything.

    Losing inches > losing pounds.

Nearly two months now. With almost no weight loss.
It's just perplexing. I'm at least 80 pounds heavier than I should be, so SOMETHING should be coming off.

1350 was where I started, that's what I used last time and got 25 pounds off, it wasn't working this time, so I upped my cals to 1550 about two weeks ago, no changes since then.

I seem to go up and down between 220-223.
