5'2" 223lbs last weigh, which was two months ago. Size 12 Medium/large shirts, depends on boob space.

Yeah no. I lost almost 40 pounds with MPF, stopped logging, and a year and a half later the 40 pounds, plus 5 is back. lol

Skipped meals until 4-6pm at night, ate an upsized meal from Wendys, and anything sweet in the house.

It depends on your resis on the elliptical and how far you go, fast, so forth. Everyone burns different. Get a fitbit or something similar to give you a better idea of what you're burning. I do 30-60 mins with resis ranging from 6-22 on my elliptical and I burn over 400 calories every 30 mins.

Everyday. Esp when I have work dinners and eat 150$ worth of steak and booze. That tends to kill my calories lol.

Hated exercise, hated hated hated it. We bought an elliptical, didn't go cheap on it, and I love being on that thing everyday now. My iPad plugs in and the speakers are great on it. So watching a movie on netflix while I work out makes the time fly, and I actually look forward to getting in there and getting my calories…

I have the same hair, I used to straighten it daily, but with the daily workouts that had to stop. What I do now is throw some baby powder in a few hours after my workout, and wear my hair extra curly with mousse the next day, so I end up washing every second day. Also, I try not to pile on top of my head.. I tend to sweat…

5'2" 223 4 weeks ago, haven't weighed since. I'm not sure what I'd like to end up weighing because at 223 I'm a size 12.

Yeah I'm looking at the menu, that's what I linked. I don't have any clue to the calories in most of this stuff, I'm trying to get a little help on what is better on the menu to order. It's essentially a night of overpriced food and free booze.

Same problem here, 36DDD, everything just squishes and gives me uniboob, the one sports bra I have that is remotely comfortable doesn't do anything, feel like I'm going to end up knocking myself out doing the 30DS with that one on.

I made these last night, low fat cream cheese and low sodium BBQ sauce, I also used half turkey bacon and half of the good stuff. They turned out AMAZING. Even got the approval of a 14 year old who ate 4 of them. They'll be a remake for my house again. For sure.
