I started at a size 40 waist jeans and i'm now wearing a size 36. I can also bend down and tie my shoes without feeling like i'm gonna suffocate!

i hit my plateau at 19lbs i then changed my exercise to a bit more intense cardio and raised my caloric intake. Hope this helps. The problem is everyone is different.

I just started it last week. My thighs were sore from the squats but it gets better. It's worth the money i only paid $9 at target.

I read that it balances out the omega 6 which is bad for you, but then again you can't always believe what you read on the internet!
