are you exercising quite hard as i found when i do mine is lighter and then with sedentary living its very heavy, def a correlation between working out and lighter ones

yes I've just come back put 3 kgs on after not being on here.. trying again.. tracking weight food and excersise is great as it keeps you accountable to yourself.
