Zuzka has her own site now, zuzkalight.com. I've been a member for about 6 months and her workouts are still amazing. The old school bodyrock workouts will always be classic.

Since I found out crispy m&m's came back last week I've purchased and eaten four bags. I hope admitting it will stop me from buying more :|

You can add me! I've been hypothyroid for about 4-5 years. My hypothyroidism is fairly minor; my prescription is just 50 mcg's now that I've lost most of the weight I gained.

I've had that awkward talk. I live in the upper level of a duplex. My downstairs neighbor and I made an agreement I could work out right after work between 5:30 and 6:30. It's been working well for us. Try to compromise with their schedule.

Lol. I love this.

- Don't try to make up for missed runs the week of your race. Instead, run a short, easy run (15-20 min) w/ a few short sprints the day before the race to keep your legs snappy. Two days out from the race, have a rest day. So if your race is Saturday, rest completely on Thursday, a short run on Friday. - Try your best to…

Neighbor: "You didn't run that entire time, did you?" Me: "Oh yes. I'm training for a 5K." Neighbor: :smokin:

I don't eat before a morning workout because I get queasy. I think it's whatever your body requires.

Some people like to have a little something in their belly before a workout. For me, I get stomach aches when I've eaten before workouts. Whatever works for YOU is what is best for you.

My parents took my sisters and I to Vegas last year... but we were 34, 27 and 21. My parents have gone every year for the past 10-12 years and we always begged them to take us with. I am happy they didn't and knew better as responsible parents. I agree with whoever said parents who take their young kids to Vegas are…

LOL. Yes, it's quite obvious then. I think as women we're damned if we do and damned if we don't. While I can understand where this man is coming from and how hurt he is, I think he would also complain about dating women who didn't put any effort into their appearance. Meh, I'm still going to continue wearing makeup,…

I WISH I lived in Texas! I visited Austin twice in the last 6 months. Visited Gruene, Hamilton Pools, etc. and fell in LOVE with Texan Hill Country. The people are so welcoming and good hearted (Minnesota Nice is actually Minnesota Passive Aggressive). Love you Texans.

My breakfast is almost always oatmeal. Sometimes I'll replace it with toast w/ peanut butter and sliced bananas on top.

Find something that you will LOVE to do that early in the morning. If I work out I have to wake up at 6. I tried waking up for yoga, running, etc. and I hated it so I stopped. The activity that works for me is biking to work. For me, working out in the morning starts my day off in a happy, healthy way. I feel more awake…
