  • We have a boxer thats celiac and a french bulldog with allergies so I make my own dog food. Baked pork loin or beef tender loin; potatoes, carrots, salmon, broccoli, pumpkin, cauliflower, are the usual. Every once and a while, we'll throw in some berries, or other treats.
  • Thats a good way to view it. I was gone for about half a year, and I feel the need to get back on track. My cousin is thinking about joining which will make this easier too. We're very competitive with each other, but we would work out together a lot ^.^

  • Thats awesome! I wish I could do that, but nothing in my closet is smaller than what I was wearing, so I need to actually shop for clothes :(

  • I just use my Ipod touch. If I'm exercising in my house I'll use my docking station w/ speakers, headphones if I'm outside. Carrying it helps me remember to move my arms as I walk.
