Yup, I agree with the rest. Your bod is smokin!! Those bottoms don't work though. they should be bright, like the top and they do look saggy but too low in the front. I feel for you. I have this same problem. Your buns o'steel are best suited for a cute pair of booty bottoms. That being said....you're rockin a great body…

Mine is open. Might as well be. We're all supposed to be here to support one and other. No point asking for support if you're not forthcoming with your information.

I love to juice and you can make healthy juices that have plenty of nutrients and more than enough calories. I juice every day for breakfast and sometimes if I've got a million things to do and I know I won't get home till late in the evening, I will make a second juice to take with me for my supper. I will usually…

^^THIS!! Salt is your biggest enemy for water retention.
-
This sounds yummy!! Just a slight alteration, perhaps? Use fresh diced tomatoes instead of canned. That would do wonders for the sodium.

Well said!

This is strictly my OPINION: There should be a "Like" button on MFP.

Yup. Everyone is different. Different things work for different people. Each to their own.

Hi Paige! Welcome aboard!!

My daughter is almost 2 and she eats everything I eat. So does my husband. They both love quinoa and all the veggies and fruits. One of her favorite snacks is chunks of avocado. I don't prepare seperate meals, however, sometimes if there is leftovers, I will let them eat that and I'll opt for a salad or something light. I…

Done! And DANG!! I need to do things like this more often!

^^^AMEN!! I met my husband online, we lived 4000 miles apart on different continents. We are happily married and have a beautiful family just 5 years later. There is nothing wrong with meeting people online. However, as several people have said, it is most important to love yourself FIRST. Once you learn to do that, you…

No, I'm not an R.N. I actually work in finance and investments. That's why it frustrates me when I feel the people around me don't care about our clients. You have to care about the people you're supposed to be helping and keep their best interests in mind, even if it means you have to do a whack of paperwork!! Too bad!!…

Drink a big glass of water. A lot of the time when our body "feels hungry" it is actually just telling you that it needs something, and if your tummy is full, chances are you're thirsty. Second option, you're not actually giving your body what it needs when you eat. Best way I can explain this is to recommend the…

Thank you all. I know it seem like a no-brainer for people to tell me what I already know. But sometimes, it's harder to believe yourself and easier to hear things from other people. And you're right. I'm lucky to have a job that provides for my family and I'm very lucky to have such an amazing family. I'm also lucky to…

I'm 33, mother of 1 and would like to be planning #2 in the near future. However, I REALLY want to get my body under control before I put it through another pregnancy. I only have about 20lbs to go, but I'm getting down there, so the weight is harder to shed. My husband is ok with "healthy" choices, but there is NO way…

Usually around 40+ I have fruit and veg for breakfast, a big salad for lunch, usually a fruit and plain greek yogurt (with bran buds added) for a snack, and then whatever veggies I have for supper along with some apricots, dates, or figs for an evening snack.

Mixed spring greens topped with red pepper, cucumber and tomato. 3 oz of white meat chicken (canned in water - from costco). and my dressing: balsamic vinegar with fresh chopped garlic. (188 cals) For dessert: (I'm a huge dessert fan - and there should be dessert with EVERY meal) 6 fresh strawberries, 6 fresh blackberries,…
