    For lunch today I am having Cheese Ravioli's from Eating Right.Also, a vanilla yogurt from Light N Fit MMMMM. Only 320 Calories...Also, having a Diet Pepsi.

    so confused by your title given what you ate. lol.

    lunch..which one? I ate like 3 lunches. Salmon, waffles, fried egg and cheese sandwich...pirates booty, cereal, and 2 protein bars as "dessert" after these meals.

    I had slow cooker jerk pork with mango salsa, brown rice, sauteed kale (I cook it with a little coconut oil and some turmeric) and blackberries for dessert. It was delish. Then I came home and scarfed down a Nutella smores. Damn PMS cravings!

    Homemade green curry (chicken, with eggplant, bell pepper, onion, and mushroom) served over steamed cauliflower... and homemade roasted red bell pepper hummus to be eaten with sliced cucumber and bell pepper for a snack :-) Both are leftovers - I intentionally made enough curry and veggies to be three meals - easy workday lunches!
    Yummmm now I'm hungry for my lunch :-)

    5 garlic grilled shrimip (no butter)

    551 Calories of yummy goodness!!

    2 slices of 100% Stoned ground whole wheat bread = 200 calories
    1 Tablespoon of original BBQ sauce= 25 calories
    1 6oz light and fit yogurt = 80 calories.
    That is 365 calories for my lunch. Boo yeah!

    side salad of romaine lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers, half a naan, some veggie rice with curried cauliflower, and about 1/3 of my plate was chicken tikka masala with huge delicious chunks of chicken. omnomsnoms.
