I ate a spinach salad with water packed tuna, hummus, tomatoes, and mushrooms on top0

I had 1 cup of chicken and shrimp Mandarin style stir fry dressed in a small amount of VH teriyaki sauce, and half a cup of white rice. SO GOOD!0

I was good today, I had a mixed spinach and green salad with some roasted brussel sprouts & asparagus on top. My work caf has a salad bar, so I usually just mix up whatever they have for the day0

My husband took me to Honey Baked Ham store...so I had a 1/2 of a bbq smoked stacker sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup. I have a really bad sore throat, so the soup was nice.0

Diet Dr Pepper and a serving of leftover lasagna (made with skim ricotta, skim mozzerella, added spinach, ground turkey instead of beef and whole wheat noodles). Super delicious! And some natural Vitamin D from a reasonably warm day out!0

Well, I didn't eat my normal lunch (turkey wrap and pop chips) as I'm trying to clean out the fridge of leftovers before going grocery shopping tomorrow.
So I had an 8 ounce prime rib leftover from going to the Outback Steakhouse.0 -

tuna fish sandwich : Tuna with Light mayo, Mustard mixed with diced celery, pickles,red onion and Jalapenos and some sriacha hot sauce (which I basically eat with everything lol!) On Daves killer bread. Side of pretzel sticks too! about 450 calories for all but I am SO FULL!

I had a huge apple with pb and chopped peanuts. Delish.0

I had about 1.5 cup of spaghetti squash with 2-3 oz cut up grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of jar spaghetti sauce on top! And I had a vanilla light and fit greek yogurt for dessert. All in all about 300-320 calories. And satisfied!0
