    I had two Morningstar Farms garden vegetable burgers, plain with no bun, and a Chobani almond coco loco with a cup of Diet Dr. Pepper :love:

    On a somewhat unrelated note, I think I am the only non-vegetarian person I know that PREFERS these veggie patties to a burger...

    I just had the Almond Coco Loco yesterday and it was finally the first greek yogurt I really liked.

    1 tbsp. sunflower seed
    1/2c. baby tomatoes
    2 tbsp. herbes de provence salad dressing (organicville)
    1 packet tuna

    + maybe an apple or banana and a mozzarella cheese stick!

    My Italian style turkey rice casserole leftovers - ground turkey, brown rice, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic, green bell pepper, zuccini, mozzerella cheese, stirred all up and baked! Sooooooo delicious and only 318 cals for a serving (1/9 of a square pan). Added an extra cup of sauteed zuccini and yellow squash for some extra veggies! And a Diet coke with lime of course :P

    I had a Chipotle Chicken Fajita Burrito Bowl with Brown Rice, Chicken, Fajita Veggies, Mild Salsa, and lettuce. And 1/2 cup shell-on pistachios..I over eat If I buy the shelled ones lol. All for 530 cals. :) yuumm!

    Cheese hot dog on a light wheat bun with ketchup.....(yeah I'm basically only counting calories right now - not really paying attention to nutrition). I eat good most of the time though.....I think :wink:

    Not the healthiest of healthy, but I had two slices of Weight Watchers Rye bread, 2 oz of low sodium turkey breast and a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. Along with 16 reduced fat Wheat thins and 2 Tablespoons of Tribe Sundried Tomato & Basil Hummus.
