For lunch today I am having Cheese Ravioli's from Eating Right.Also, a vanilla yogurt from Light N Fit MMMMM. Only 320 Calories...Also, having a Diet Pepsi.

    I always have a salad, but then depending my my hunger will add more stuff in it. Today I had a spinach salad with green olives, egg white, sunflower seeds, a few chicken bites with buffalo sauce and a tiny bit of ranch on top. I swayed from my eating plan a bit with the breaded chicken bites, but oh well!

    I'm having a big bowl of romaine lettuce then I will add my Lean Cuisine salad addition-asian style chicken. With a diet pepsi. Yum

    I see nothing wrong with swaying a little on a food we normally eat. Just as long as it is not overboard. If I was to add the breaded chicken then maybe I would add a little extra time to my work out. :) But, oh bread chicken is so worth it at times.

    Eh.. .leftovers from last night dinner..

    so maple bourbon steak tips and some mac & cheese

    but it's all good. Having salad for dinner tonight between workouts, so it will all balance out :)

    3 oz Roast Beed, a 50 calorie La Tortilla Factory Tortilla, a piece of gouda cheese and 15 grape tomatos. I'm still hungry (or maybe not satisfied), but all I have left is a cup of blackberries, I'm waiting to eat those until I'm really hungry.

    According to the calorie intake...to much!!! I think I need to find lower calorie items that are just as filling. With breakfast so early I find I need a really filling lunch or I am hungry before I get home from work and make supper. (Like I am right now and am resisting the chocolate bars out on the front table here in the office)
  • I made a simple chick pea salad last night for dinner, so I brought leftovers. Just chick peas, some quinoa, tahini, lemon, salt, pepper, curry, and a dash of cayenne. Put that in a wheat tortilla with TONS of baby spinach. NOM NOM NOM. This may replace my "go to" simple lunch of a whole avocado and a half piece of naan!

    Half a can of tuna in spring water, drain, mix in Fage with it.
    Huge salad with cucumber, lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, cucumber.
    Two boiled eggs.
    Bag of mini cheddars. (cheese biscuits / crackers) on the side


    435 calories.
    37 protein
    25 carbs

    Delicious and kept me going for ages!

    Hi there! I guess you all write from the US, since for me (I live in Italy) it's dinner time!:)
    I ate a Chicken salad: a chicken leg, no skin, cooked with no oil, lattuce, two small carrots. A sprinkle of olive oil and... i totally forgot the salt! I guess that's not that bad? About 30 g of bread.
    For lunch, instead, I usually have 60 g of pasta with a pretty simple tomato sauce (no oil whatsoever) and loads of vegs:)
