I had two Morningstar Farms garden vegetable burgers, plain with no bun, and a Chobani almond coco loco with a cup of Diet Dr. Pepper

On a somewhat unrelated note, I think I am the only non-vegetarian person I know that PREFERS these veggie patties to a burger...

A 100% whole wheat roll with olive oil mayo, sliced chicken breast, tomato, red onion, dried basil, dried oregano, salt and put under the broiler to toast up. Then mixed leafy greens and sliced avocado were added. Served with a cup of green grapes, blackberries and strawberries. Glass of water with freshly squeezed lemon juice to drink. NUM!

You do not suck... We all have those bad days to where we give into temptations... Food wise that is.

Oh I love them to. I also prefer them over beef. But, I admit I enjoy turkey burgers also.

Today I had a can of Wolfgang's organic chicken noodle soup. I am in a soupy mood cause I am sick with a head cold. I can't taste anything, tho...but it felt nice on my throat!

I had V8 potato and leek soup, I added kale, spinach and some turkey to it and a little bit of cheese...so yummy!! I also had a slice of bread with a teaspoon on PB.
  • 3 ounces of turkey with guacamole on a multigrain bread thin, and a hard boiled egg. Not very creative but it fills me up!
  • I had 32 tater tots and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. I'm trying to use up everything in the fridge/freezer because it has to be defrosted and reset. I will probably have a snack before dinner.

I meal prep on Monday nights. Today's lunch:

A cup of baked spaghetti squash and homemade meat sauce, side of baby carrots and 3 oz of homemade guac. Plenty of protein, healthy fats, fiber and yum.

Oh, and an apple for dessert.

Spring mix salad with tuna, kidney beans, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with regular creamy italian dressing. And the bosses just ordered pizza for the whole office. I can only hope that the staff eats it all, and quickly.
