Depending on how long you've been at this, this could all be water weight fluctuations. Also, I'm seeing artificial sweeteners ("sugar free" stuff like coffee creamer). Sometimes this causes some people to stall in their weight loss. I would just advise minimizing the artificial sweeteners, and keep up your plan otherwise…
