I think there is a lot of great advice here, you just have to figure out what works for you and your body. For me, cutting out carbs is what works best. I stay away from rice, bread, pasta, sodas, sweets etc when trying to lose weight. I eat a lot of protein, veggies and some fruit. Lots of water. And exercise at least 4-5…

Same for me as well! I lost about 40 and have gained 15 back since Sep. I reached a number today I haven't seen in over a year and am so disappointed in myself. I need to nip in in the bud before I let myself go further.
