Same here. Lately done some check ups and everything is over the moon. It has been long since I've done something to be a better me. Now I want to do. With so much health issues going around my family I can't just sit my last *kitten* on the couch anymore.

hi i have a problem, at home i have a treadmill and yesterday as other times i made a whole hour on 60 and it marks that i burned 370 calories, but when i went to write it down here i hade to put it as "Walking 2.5 m.p.h , leisurely pace", Any help is it good or i burned more ? Thanks:huh:

well thats what happens to me too , i m a great fan of Figolli which here in malta is like heaven when you eat one, and don t want to know how many calories are there in it maybe 1000 minimum per cup lol, but when i dieted before the thing that made me stop from eating such things is that i say to myself, i ve eaten loads…

Well as i know it , and i think most of us do. The more you have extra weight the more you lose quickly , but then you get to a point where to lose an extra lb you have to cut a leg or somthing :happy: but after it will take longer time to lose weight
