Good Friday Ladies
Glad it is Friday
I know I will not make my goal of 160 by next Friday(my 30th bday) but oh the journey goes on.
Only got in 20 minutes on th eelliptical last night and did not have a very healthy dinner (ice cream)
but I do feel a change after changing my workout even if it doesn't show up on the scale.

We don't end til the 22nd so you have 2 weeks. I didn't set a pound goal just the fitness - 30 days.
Today will be day 18 of 30....and day 3 of week one of Couch 2 5K...little sore today - tomorrow may be rest day...at least from running.
Drank 9 glasses of water yesterday-YAY!!
Went to my daughter's conference track meet - she ran in the 4*200 relay and they got 1st place and she got 2nd place by a nose of winning in the 300m hurdles....I have to learn to run to keep up with my kids!

good morning sizzlers!
had a great pilates class last night and even came home and made banana chocolate chip muffins, but didn't eat one until this morning for breakfast! (still trying to kick the late night eating habit!)
tonight i'll go for 40 mins on the elliptical before a much needed date night with my boyfriend....with me moving next thursday, we will have a rough few months coming up this summer while he finishes up with his current employer. maybe by the fall he can join me in indiana!??
i measured this morning, and i'm down 2" on my waist! my hips measured 2" wider, though...but i'll just chalk that up to innaccuracy! :laugh: :laugh:
anybody have any fun weekend plans? i'll be packing up a storm! :drinker:0 -

How much is important to drink water? Cause i don t really drink that much trough the day , maybe just coffee and diet pops

In my opinion water is one of the most important parts of weight lose.I upped my water intake and lost 5 pounds right off the bat. Now that I drink so much water I don't really have a taste for a lot of soda.:drinker: Plus I feel better and it washes sodium out of your system0

Before I say this, I drink about 1 diet soda a day typically....Everything I've read - all sodas including diet sodas are BAD. Besides all the chemical sweetners and caffiene, even the carbonation alone is bad.....my whole family (hubby, 13 yo and 17 yo) are nixing sodas for May - it's been a challenge but so far so good....our point is to show the kids you don't need them and there is NO value to drinking them.
Try adding fresh lemon slices to your water and sweeten with splenda if you can't drink plain water....have you tried it ice cold, well then try it room temp - I can chug down 8 oz in one drink if it's room temp...try drinking 4 oz everytime you go to the bathroom - keep a cup in the bathroom also drink some after you wash your face or brush your teeth.
Water is vital to our health - in my opinion - my face clears up when I drink water, i feel less groggy, it helps flush toxins out of your body....

Hi ladies! HAPPY FRIDAY!!
My exciting plans for the weekend include my dress alterations fitting today and working 8 hours tomorrow! :happy: Yay for a paycheck. :laugh:
Didn't get exercise in yesterday but did ok on calories. Still sitting at the same weight - this is week 4 of fluctuation between the same 1 lb. I feel like if I had exercised last night maybe it would have been better today - but that's in the past so I'm moving on.
Here's to the new day and getting in exercise. I looked into the Couch to 5K program and I'm gonna start to try. I may do it for longer than 9 weeks as I'm a horrible runner and get the worst shin splints ever, but I'm excited. I ran for 90 seconds on Wednesday without stopping! That was huge for me!! :blushing:
Ya'll have a wonderful weekend. Sorry I haven't been checking in, and this weekend will be busy but take care, drink up that water, and enjoy yourselves!
