i use to drink Pepsi every morning before work and i go to work at 5am. and through out the day. I don't drink it at all now and i have only been on the program 30 days...with a loss of 20 lbs. GIve it up girl and become that pretty thin woman you want to be......:flowerforyou:

Once an a while a little fling with food is okay. Then you just get right back on the horse as they say. Having no fun at all will just make you binge more later. ou will be fine. All it takes is commitment. But we all need to splurge now and then. We are HUMAN not robots...Take care and keep on-truckin :flowerforyou:

I also love popcorn, What is a Whirly thing a ma jig? What do you put on your popcorn. I just started this on March 2 and am ready for ideas? :happy:
