UGH!! I hear you! Anytime I go into hardcore diet and fitness mode, I have such a sweet tooth. I make these molasses bran muffins from a recipe I found on Pinterest (http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/molasses-bran-muffins/Detail.aspx). Skinny Cow also has 150 calorie frozen cookie sandwiches that aren't half bad.

The apple diet. You basically eat two apples a day and nothing else. Apparently Beyonce used it? Ridiculous.

I'm planning on sampling a little bit of everything in small portions. And I definitely want to get a good work-out in the morning (probably 30 minutes of circuit training and a long walk). This might be the first holiday where I don't eat until I feel like throwing up.

A common side effect of Fluoxetine (Prozac) is actually weight loss. One of the big diet crazes out there right now is combining Prozac with Phentermine (Phen-Pro) to lose even faster. I'm sure it's no good for your body though.

Hahahaha, thanks. I think I'll step my kettlebell up to 15 pounds. I'm still struggling a little bit with Turkish Get-Ups and Windmills, so I can still use my 10 for those. We'll see what happens. I appreciate all the encouragement. :smile:

I don't really have any advice to give, except that I'm on my last 15 pounds and I also hit a plateau for the past three weeks.
