  • don't forget you see yourself everyday, thats why you probabally dont notice a difference :) keep up the good work and one day someone who hasnt seen you in a month will stop to say hi and odds are they will say something ! maybe track your measurments to prevent getting to frustrated :)

  • i have never liked black coffe but i am going to try stevia tomorrow ! as much as i love chocolate and ice cream but i just thought about it and i eat it to consume it, i dont relish it or even enjoy it immensley, its not often i can say i really enjoy food but just consume it, maybe thats why im not meeting my reccomended…
  • I am drinking water with lemon and lime :) (im almost done my 3rd 27oz canteen of water) i quit once for a year when i was pregnant with my first child but it seems like everything else im all or nothing. and not having anyone in my life who understands what its like to be totally hooked :( but so far I LOVE this site :)
  • I think my buggest frustration is that im not eating chocolate or things i would label intentionally sugarry ( except my coffee) and my sugar is still rated too high :( I love being able to track everything so that i know what to keep an eye on ...... but the sugars gettin me

  • Im 5 11 and currently wear a size 22 ( sometimes a 20 and sometimes a 24) i would like to be a 12/14 ... i think ... id like to loose about 100 lbs although im not sure the 2 numbers corrilate...... time will tell .. this pop addicted sugar junkie could use some online friends on this fantastic site :)
