I am definitely losing! A month ago i was 370. So thats awesome i just want to be able to take advantage of any help i can provide my body. I think i will just keep on for now. Thank you all for the insight

Okay so i weigh 350, im eating 1700 to 2200 cal a day... macro settings are default cause i just dont understand. But i always have a minimum cal deficit of 1900 and most days closer to 2200. I appreciate any guidance possible

This is far more common than you think !! the hormones & nutrients in it are really good for you ! you can now have it encapsule-ated so you dont have to eat it, I have never done it but know people who have, its super common in the area i live in ! it helps with iron levels and postpartum depression especially !!

This is a very sensitive topic for me, no she shouldnt be able to get WLS free ! There is a girl that lives in my town and has had WLS 4 times ....4 for F sakes !!! the goverment has paid for all 4 and she is on a waiting list to have a 5th surgery ..........she says "ooh they didnt do it right" as she drinks her daily…

Stevia , the only thing i sweeten is my coffee, i went from 5 tsp of sugar to one of stevia and i am using less everyday, and it has a built in control unit, add to much and you get a bitter after taste !

Im sorry, I know how hard it is, Ive been seperated for 12 months now, feel free to add me a a friend if you ever need to vent, as for calories i would look for foods that have more calories in smaller packages.
