OMG!! I hate going to the gym alone too. I am trying to force myself to do it! It is not for chit-chat at all. I want to go there to work, just hate walking in alone. I do it too. Know exactly what you mean, and I can fluctuate 5-6 pounds in a day. Very frustrating - I need to stop it too!

Alcohol intake is the hardest thing for me. I love beer! Switching to wine helps a little but the quantity is a problem. Looking for solutions myself. Add me if you like - I wil share anything I find that works :-)
