I started at 155 lbs in March of this year...as of today I weigh 122 lbs. YES!!! It is possible! I am diabetic and I did it slow and easy! Good Luck!

I am 5'2 and I weigh 124. I am still losing too. They recommend that I should weigh between 115 and 120. I hope this gives you a little insight.

I have the same problem...mine are gone, gone, gone! I went from a 42D to a 32B. Don't even want to think about what they look like bending down or laying down...it's awful. But, I have to live with it! At least I am healthy! LOL

Hey I will help you get motivated! I work at a job that I have to sit all day also.. I find that every hour I take 30 minutes and stand up(if you can) and walk in place. Lost 23 lbs doing this.

Welcome! I am new too! I joined in March and since then this site has helped me lose 13 lbs! I would love to help you! My advise is to weigh and measure everything you eat. Read food labels. Stay away from the scale....only weigh once a week! LOL (hard to do) That is little things to help you get started! Any more…

I do a "cheat" day on Sundays. I find that if I can have my chocolate one day a week I will stick to it all week long!

I measure everything I eat! Been doing it for a very long time. I am a diabetic and trying to get off all the medicine I am on. Keep measuring! LOL
