I am getting married next fall. I have found a wedding is the best motivation for weight loss. I am almost at my goal for weight loss, but I have hit a plateau after I started weight training. I would be okay with maintaining this weight, but still losing inches (and getting toned)! Congratulations on your engagement!!

Hello, be encouraged weight will come off with time:) Maybe the weight is water weight I noticed a lot of fast food and processed things in your diary that might be making you retain water. Drink more fluids and try to avoid salt for a few days and weight yourse;f again. You will be pleasantly surprised. Keep at it!

Try coffee when I have constipated patients I try 4oz of prune juice with 30ml Milk of Mag with my elderly patients, but I had this patient swear by coffee, so I tried it one day on myself and it worked.
