I just made this:
EAS lean 15g protein vanilla cream 2 scoops: 100 calories
1 large banana: 110 calories
1 cup greenwise organic light vanilla soy milk: 80 calories
YUM!

One of my favs is:
Dymatize Strawberry Creme protein powder- 1 scoop
1/2 Cup Blue Diamond unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Cup sliced strawberries
1/2 medium banana
1/4 Quaker Oats (uncooked)
4 ice cubes

My current rotation of protein breakfast drinks:
BNRG double chocolate - 2 scoops
2 TBsp PB2 (regular or chocolate)
8 oz water
5 large ice cubes
BNRG vanilla creme - 2 scoops
1 cup frozen strawberries
8 oz water
5 large ice cubes
BNRG strawberry - 2 scoops
1 cup frozen strawberries
8 oz water
5 large ice cubes

For any of the above, when I need a protein burst and am willing to spare the calories - I add a Trader Joe's Greek yogurt in a complimentary flavor.
I'm curious about adding old-fashioned oats. Does it make the drink lumpy or gritty?0 -

I don't like the taste of frozen spinach........but when I do not have fresh spinach, I use frozen broccoli......I never have a smoothie anymore without something green in it :bigsmile:
p.s. I would try the frozen spinach.......you may not mind it........just start out with a small amount and increase till you get what you like:happy:0 -

Body by Vi mix - 2 scoops
1 cup Unsweetened Silk Almond Milk
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
6-8 ice cubes
I sometimes will do only 1/8 cup oatmeal, depending on how hungry I am. But this is my current obsession. I have it nearly every day and haven't gotten sick of it yet!sometimes I sub out the PB and chocolate and add 1 cup of mixed frozen berries and instead of a cup of almond milk, I do the low cal/sugar orange juice ... that one is really good too! You need less ice for that one also. I'm excited to try some of these other ones!

Wow I see a lot of good ideas out there, thanks for sharing. I am scared, but tomorrow I will add some spinach to my normal protein. I was inspired by those who added the spinach with the sweet flavors like vanilla.0
