I've lost weight slowly eating roughly around 1800 sometimes 2000 calories, high protein and veggies mainly. ' Yeah, totally agree with you. I believe on my before pics I might have some water retention I couldnt even believe how bulgy I looked then I took pics after I lost 5 lbs and the difference was HUGE. so I will give some of it to that too.

Thanks, I started with 30day Shred, but I get bored easily so I rotate everyday between 30Day Shred, 6week six pack, Ripped in 30, Extreme Shed and Shred. Sometimes I add P90X cardio dvd and zumba exhilarate. But most of the time I stick to Jillian cause I love her!!

Mine cares..he doesn't ask me how much I weight neither knows my number..but if he sees me getting heavier, he will nicely say something. If I was really an overweight woman I will be miserable next to him. He gets very concerned about our overall health and he's lucky that I am too..

I suck it up and do it anyways....cause I chose to be healthy..so I find something that will keep me moving, take the dog for a walk, play with your kids, put on music and dance..A lot of work out regimens are not required with machines only...Walking is always a good start or ride a bike instead of driving to the grocery…

yes I am doing a combination of cardio and weights..I do cardio twice a week for 30 min (elliptical) and the other days I do my Jilliam Michales dvds..I have almost all of her dvd collection, so there's a lot of strenght exercises on her dvd's..
