Both DVD workouts are very similar. Im my opinion 30DS has more cardion and Ripped in 30 includes more hard core strenght excercises. I read that adding coconut oil to your diet helps you with belly fat and that's why I started using it, That and olive oil are the only ones that I used. Actually I am not very found of microwable eggs, in fact I try not to use my microwave at all. But thank you very much for your suggestion.

I refilled my water bottle with tap water and put it on the fridge. Tap water has been proven to be good for you with nothing harmful in it. Once I put it in the fridge it takes away any unpleasant flavor.

I have what I consider a thick frame and I have chosen 135, I was at one point of my life 125lbs and I looked extremely skinny. So I will say take it one step at a time chose small goals and whenever you feel comfortable with your body you can tell what looks best for you.

Yes I do, I log everything that I put in my mouth, even on my cheat days that way I can also keep track of how many calories I am averaging a week so that I have a better idea of how to start my new day/ week.
