I have forgotten to mention that 240lbs is where I started. At 199 I had no loose skin. And I have gained a few since I am also 30. Many blessings.

I have talked to a few people about this as well. I am also freaking out about this. Many told me that decent weight training well definitely help and not to be afraid of lifting. Great luck to you!

I'm doing alternating every other day. This is the middle of my second week and I've lost 13lbs total. Sunday is my cheat day since I work third.

Oh girl it's gonna take ALOT of time. It's taken me 2 years to lose 70 lbs with the occasional plateau and holidays. It's gonna take time. Just don't give up! Everyday is a new day to start anew.

Women don't bulk up like men do. I have a friend that's been weight lifting for years. She lifts over 185lbs she has an amazing body and I promise she doesn't look like a bulky man. Don't panic! lol mine has completely changed since I started losing weight. I was a heavy bleeder, but now im a lot lighter. plus the brown is normal and clots too. I wouldn't go to the doc unless you bleeding uncontrollably light headed to the point of passing out or anything that is seriously not normal.

I have kept a few items of cloth that are alittle to big for those "just in case" moments where I might gain weight.
