Same-zies. I either have a hemp protein shake with a banana or a rice protein shake with a banana and a scoop of vitamineral. Around ten thirty for a snack I have two hard boiled eggs.

I have had both. Since I have shifted my diet to mainly organic/raw foods it has really helped with both.

I used to have the same problem. What helps me is only buying foods I can eat guilt free, like veggies and fruits. Also I try to eat light/clean until dinner. Lots of water all day long.

Use the clean meal as a something fun. My mister used to never touch green things and now he loves fresh veggies and fruit. I would sneak them in and eventually I didn't have to. Since you like soup try using a veggie broth and more onion and garlic versus adding salt.

Try eating one raw/clean meal a day. I usually eat only fruit for breakfast or a very green lunch. >^-^<

You know what helps me??? Brushing my teeth and using intense mouth wash. I don't know why but after I do that I tend to not want to eat :D

I would say the bloat could be from the too much soy. Try getting more protein from dark greens/green juice or a green protein shake. Hemp protein is great too you can add that to your cereal in the morning >^-^<

Try eating more frequently. I eat about 1200-1400 a day depending on my workout. What I have found works for me is eating constantly through out the day. I eat every two to three hours but very small potions. :D Also upped my protein.

Lemon in water is the best! It helps alkaline the water as well. I have a giant mason jar that I drink out of. It holds a little over 8 cups so I know as long as I drink one jar full I will hit my minimum goal.
